A longer community class to help you connect more deeply with your breath, develop the body for later poses with a brave heart, and grow your practice.
Yoga strengthens and tones the body and mind. Regular practice improves balance and increases focus in the mind, and clarity in your soul. The breathing work eases tension and cleanses the mind, body and soul. Take a break from your day. Focus on yourself and find clarity.
